联合国志愿人员组织招募志愿服务发展研究志愿者专家
联合国志愿人员组织(UNV)驻华办公室和北京市志愿服务联合会(BVF) ,现招募志愿服务发展研究志愿者专家1名,协助完成2018年国际志愿发展报告(SWVR)中国的调研工作。
需密切配合UNV总部和驻华办公室,协助BVF开展相关社区实地调查、协调社区与总部的调研组沟通。同时起草关于开展中国志愿发展报告,及“一带一路”国家的基层社区志愿服务发展对比报告的调研方案。
工作地点:BVF;要求3月中旬入职,任期10个月。

优胜者将于2017年7月15日至26日受邀前往纽约和波士顿出席全球青年论坛等一系列活动。

ELS 和联合国学术影响力项目很高兴能够赞助第四届“多种语言,一个世界”学生作文竞赛和全球青年论坛。今年,我们欢迎美国东北大学成为“多种语言,一个世界”全球青年论坛的主办方,以及美国东北大学全球青年会议的赞助者和组织者。
最终将评选出六十位优胜者作为代表,参加2017 年“多种语言,一个世界”全球青年论坛,届时,他们将针对联合国 2030 年可持续发展议程,使用联合国六种官方语言的任意一种,创建行动计划。
作为奖励,ELS教育服务公司将支付优胜者于 2017 年 7 月 15 日至 26 日前往波士顿和纽约市的所有花费。 学生代表将在全球青年论坛上针对从联合国可持续发展议程中精选的议题制定行动计划,并在位于纽约市的联合国总部展示他们的观点。

参赛方式:
以世界公民意识和跨文化理解,及多语言能力在这些领域所能发挥的作用为议题,撰写一篇原创的文章(不超过2,000 字)。 文章应能反映你的个人、学术、文化和民族背景。
“多种语言,一个世界”促进了对包括阿拉伯语、汉语、英语、法语、俄语和西班牙语在内的联合国六种官方语言的不断学习。 文章的写作语言必须为联合国官方语言,但不能是你的母语(在家使用的语言)或是你的小学或中学教育(或双语学校的授课语言)使用的授课语言。
你需要就自己的文章所采用的语言证明自己的书面语和口语能力,你必须是经过教学人员或是大学代表推荐并核准的全日制大学生,并且在比赛的截止期限之前已年满18 周岁。
文章提交截止期限
美国东部标准时间2017年3月16日周四晚上11:59。
议题要求
文章应探讨世界公民意识和跨文化理解,及多语言能力在这些领域所能发挥的作用。文章应体现学生的个人、学术、文化和国家背景。
行文规则

ROLE PURPOSE: Senior Health Project Officer will manage Sichuan provincial newborn health projects and activities and support integration of relevant health components with other core project areas to ensure the desired outcomes of the project will be achieved under the agreed strategies and plans.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1.
To be responsible for the timely implementation of newborn health projects including making and carrying out project design, planning, implementing, budgeting, regular monitoring and evaluation of the projects to ensure the target outputs and outcomes being achieved.

To be responsible for newborn health projects budgeting and finance monitoring and to ensure effective project budget management and financial accountability.

To contribute to the production of high quality, analytical reports, regular situation reports, communications and publicity materials etc. for SC internal and external stakeholders such as donors and partners.

Ensure the appropriateness of financial, administrative and supply documentation. Ensure the availability and sharing with internal departments and external partners of accurate, complete and up-to-date information relevant to the project.

To support China Programme initiatives relating to the implementation and integration of such cross-cutting issues as emergency response, child rights governance, and child poverty.

To ensure accountability of project work together with stakeholders through use of pre-planned monitoring systems and clear, consistent communication and information sharing including the timely production of project proposals, work plans and reports.

To develop the funding potential for the programme, by supporting the development of quality proposals, ensuring reporting to donors in a timely and appropriate manner, helping maintain relations with donors and informing them of progress.

To work with other stakeholders (children, NGOs, Donors, Government Departments) engaged in health activities in order to strengthen health work and to share both technical and financial resources in the interests of greater efficiency and effectiveness.

To support China Programme initiatives relating to the implementation and integration of such cross-cutting issues as child-rights programming, disability and HIV/AIDS.

A professional qualification at graduate level or equivalent in a related subject such as maternal and child health, public health, clinical medicine or other related subject,
